Yeah I use that too. It's pretty tiring and slow, but it works, and it's cheap.

No secret, you basically have to tranfer about a half qt of a very thick fluid from one container to another without overfilling or underfilling.

The first time may be messy, but you'll get the hang of it. Problem is pouring is not an option
