90k Maintenance

I'm am by no means a mechanic so forgive me ahead of time for asking such an ignorant question but....

It's about time to replace the ol' timing belt and figured it might be wise to have them replace any other parts that are a pain in the **** to service while they're in there. Could anyone make a suggestion as to what items might fit the bill here?

BTW, the clutch was replaced already so no need to mention that.

Thanks very much,
Blake

That timing belt should have been replaced at 60k...

Go to Bushur's site, they have two different kits for timing belt replacement.

I guess my point is I would hate to do this maintenance and spend the money on labor only to have something else die that'll cause them to have to do the same thing again for some other $60 part. I'm not completely opposed to paying for 10 hours of labor for single minor parts but I sure like that save that money when I can.

God i miss the timing chains on nissans... Glad to hear you've hit 90k though! Makes me feel batter about the longevity of my Evo. Just make sure you get that timing belt changed. The only thing they really do on 90k's is just BS easy work that you could do yourself, but charge an arm and a leg for it.
