i have a 05 evo 8..so far i put down 418awhp on pump gas 22psi with AMS35R..stock internals(minus cams of course) stock intake mani,no head work,etc..

im looking into the snow perf. meth kit..a guy on ******* is selling a brand new one for $300 and its been a while so i can probably get it for $250 its local pick up too...

so if i get meth and intake manifold ported by my friend or by bushcur and a fuel rail,and a new tune for probably what 27-28 psi what kind of power can i see?a guy on ******* said he did 538awhp on 28psi with meth on 35R..so with that much boost what can i see?or what boost can i run with meth?let me know..its either more power for the evo or paint job for a damn good deal im getting..thanks

oh btw i have AEM EMS 5 bar with wideband and uego for engine management

 

stock internals are going to be a ticking time bomb past 550whp. you might want to just get it to around 520 or so and call it a day until you build the motor

 

You can run more boost then that with meth. I ran 35psi with 1000cc injectors with meth, also had a stock motor back then, so youll make some decent power.

 

Alot depends on the tune, but close 475ish......don't forget you can break stock internals when you start flirting with 500whp even though many have made it there and much higher......many haven't a good tune is paramount.

 

I'd say 500awhp on the Dynojet out here would be doable at around 28 psi. Your stock internals taking it is a crap-shoot.

I put down 521whp 444 tq on 31psi with Meth and pump on a flash. You have a AEM you should see 510 without a problem. Depending on who is tuning!

 

Why don't you try searching? It's much easier to do than, let's say, changing oil.

 

Every car is different, you will see more then 500whp guaranted!

 

yeah i know i will crack 500awhp on just pump gas with meth...but looking to do a lot of other things in the future as well...i think 500+awhp on pump gas with meth will be fine for me...

with a good tune you will have a low 11 high 10 second evo trapping between 128-132...

 

well i trapped 123mph already with 22psi,mix gas at 3/4 tank(all 92 excpet 5 gallons 117),race map(set for 28psi) but couldnt switch back to pump map b/c laptop was having problems..and didnt launch the car one bit,took off at a idle b/c stock clutch..

 

93/meth at 30 psi on mustang dyno 458 WHP.......BR 35r
