which lower intercoller pipes....

actually conform to the stock intercooler? I have been noticing a lot of intercooler pipes that are flat on the end that bolts up to the intercooler, but on a stock or ams (and I am sure other companies) intercooler, the end tank pipes point down, making an unusual connection (I know from experience when installing the lower ams pipe). I dont like how there is a huge gap between the intercooler and the pipe. So which lower i/c pipes actually bend up to the intercooler?

here is the ams lower pipe....

here is the Buschur lower pipe...

notice this one has a bend on both ends...one to curve up to the turbo outlet and one to curve up to the intercooler. What other companies make thier pipes like this?

AMS works great with stock intercooler, I have it on mine . I just wish I had the new version with the bracket welded on. The earlier version I have is just the pipe and hose's

nisei or horsepowerfreaks looks like good alternative options...although their licp pipes do not curl upwards like bushur's.

No, not saying they are bad at all. But I was with my brother when we installed it on his car, and I simply didn't like how the end of the pipe stops and leaves a gap between the i/c and the pipe. Maybe most of the pipes are like this, I am not sure, but then I saw the Buschur one...

I honestly dont think that the gap matters.

Buschur is the only one that curls up to point straight at the IC inlet. All the others put the end of the LICP in the stock location. Definitely have to give Buschur points for having the smoothest path to the IC. Would be nice if they had a bracket though.
