Thumbs up Cosworth Cams + 2.3 Stroker Dyno Graph

Installed Cosworth camshafts and re-tuned a 2.3L Evo 9; the results were terrific. The dyno graph shows 356 tq and 330 whp @ 23 psi; however in a subsequent run we lost about 10 wheel horsepower but hit 365 torque with more agressive Mivec changes, still at about 23/24psi. Cosworth cams are impressive.

those are typical Stage 1 IX numbers, w/o cams and a stroker. Did I miss something what is so impressive?

That is a lot of torque at <4k rpm! That extra 0.3l of displacement and tuning seems to have done the trick.

Your car must be a beast on the street.

to be impressive the cams should give 25whp and the 2.3 a ton of trq and another 20-30whp

aroudn 400/400 would be impressive...

I don't believe it is actually, but I could be wrong. Unless a stock IX dynos at 225- 230whp on that dyno those results are definitely weak for what the car has. My friend made 350whp (dynojet) with 91 pisstane, TBE, drop-in, licp, and a custom ecuflash tune
