open dumptube or recirculate into down pipe?

when running a gt3076 and making about 400whp how much power will be lost when you recirculate the the dumptube backinto the downpipe.

i know open dump tubes are louder and also makes the exhaust as a whole bigger and louder.

my question is how much power will be lost without a not recirculated dump tube.
its its only a few hp then i say its worth it just to make it quiter when the wg opens, but i heard on high boost high power cars (gt3076 or gt35r) that you can loost a lot of power 30whpp++ with a recirculation dumptube

As long as it is routed with the right angle back into the exhaust then it will not loss any power. Just cant plumb it back at a 90 degreee angle.

I personally prefer when it is plumed back in. Open dump is way too loud
