Spark Plugs For IX

I cant find the right plugs.... the ones that was reccomended by the dealer were 35$ each + tax... lol i rather never boost again than spend 150 on plugs.

i know for the 8's ya guys found good plugs for 5$ each, or something super cheap idk...

whats the model for the 9 and where can i get them?

I believe NGK's are better, at least they were for my 04 STI.

I want to know at what point is it good to consider going with one step colder plugs, and what the NGK model number is for those.

Im not sure if there is a differance between part numbers on 8 and 9 plugs but i run NGK's part # 2023 there 1.77 a piece. Probably the best plug u can run, you have to change them more often than the $20-35 ones. But that never bothered me for under 2 dollars a plug. cause everytime i change them, i know i got full power.

IX plugs and VIII plugs are different animals. THEY DO NOT INTERCHANGE EITHER WAY. IX's are very limited as to the plugs available. Denso 22-24 and Racing Plugs from NGK. R7437-8 and R7437-? Can't remember which heat range. Stock is ILFR7H I think.

The plugs are longer on 9s. Supposed to use stock. Non-stock plugs work but who knows. At the moment I am using Brisk racing plugs.
