The only BOV i would get on stock turbo, would be the stock BOV that comes on the new EVO 9. It is metal and can hold 25psi.

ditch the bov,

first you dont need it coz u wont be boosting more than 21psi with your mods,

second the stock bov is recogned to be super efficient

third it wont do you any power gain

fourth it might do more harm, since ur ecu needs the psh psh air that it'll blow out in the air for nothing..

how about u get an mbc instead AND a flash to top it all up..

Waz996 is right though...you do not even need a BOV yet. Get the basic first. But if you want a BOV get the EVO 9 one.

Waz is a little confused. He thinks the guy is only talking about VTA, but he's not. Waz also thinks all stock BOVs are good, but they're not - the one on this guy's 05 sucks. With the mods listed, the most important thing to do is get tuned, but also, he should get a stock IX DV or JDM MR DV (same thing).

Hey, new guy, I know you said you're new, which is why you don't know anything, but when you're new, you're supposed to search. Yes, it has been discussed a million times, and since you know that, why didn't you go look for the answer? Be sure to do that in the future...

Stock DV is designed to taper

My OEM DV holds to whatever compressor can put out but had to severly modify it to do so in order to keep stock like drivability.

Just keep in mind that increasing DV or BOV holding ability also effects the car's drivability in a negative way

Forge rs is one of the good ones

The BOV is not related to taper, and is not "designed" to taper. The stock bov is just weak - bottom line.
