Not to be negative, but didn't pruven just build a similar car except a 2.3L, and get the same peak power at like 5500 rpm with a leaky intake manifold? The 2.3 shouldn't make a 2000 rpm difference in spool should it? Maybe I'm missing something.

^Nevermind, just remembered this was on a mustang dyno, so those numbers are insane. But I do still wonder why the power is so late.

+1 That's why I asked if they could overlay a graph from a Evo 8 with similar mods.

This car has a built 2.0 vs the Pruven one is a 2.3, but it shouldn't make THAT big of a difference.

^My thoughts exactly. The pruven graph made me want to sell my VIII for a IX.

If I recall, Sharkbite's car lists NOS as one of the mods, but I'm not sure if it was used on the latest dyno. Also I'm not sure about which dyno Pruven has, but Dynojets read 20 percent higher than Buschur's dyno. On the Dynojet, 644 Buschur = 780 Dynojet. Spool up is non issue on a drag car. I'm extremely pleased with results. Believe it or not, the tune is a supersafe tune based on the 10.9-11.3 AFR's.

Congrats - you deserve that machine ! You are a stand up guy and its a pleasure to know you. I think this machine will fit in with the rest of your arsenal of machines nicely!!!!!

Btw - I think this example shows some of the members here what the COSWORTH CAMS are capable of.

This is amaizng power on that dyno - just amazing.

Mad props to the Buschur Bros for doing it like only they can!

I wish I could tell you how it feels. DB won't let me have it back! JK, I don't pick it up until Friday. David called me today and asked what fuel was in it. I told him it still had the fuel from the Dealership in California. Since I took it to Buschur's with 57 miles on the car, it hadn't used any of their fuel, so we're positivie the BEST it could be was 91 with meth injection.

I'm curious to see how it feels for a daily driver.........

The BR team told me that for a highway monster they'd recommend the 2.0L GT37R over the 2.3L GT37R....

I really dont see how this shows what the Cosy cams are capable of.
I think on one of your other threads we have already seen what there capable with a better before and after scenerio, something like 11 or 13whp improvement.
Also, congrats on the nice setup...
