Timing belt change

Ok I did a search but I did not find exactly what I was looking for..I have to change my timing belt pretty soon and I was thinking well since its time I might as well get a set of Greddy gears and belts. My question is on the stock cams, what deg. setting would help out with increasing the torqe. Also which settings would increase peak HP? I have not decided which one to use yet..I had considered trying a -3, -3. Any input would be appricated.

edit..forgot 03 evo.

Take it to a dyno. What may work well for someone else, may not work well with you.

No reason to really buy gears then. Save your money for something else.

around reno NOPE..only 2wheel dyno's here..N. cal..closest awd dyno would be Bay area perhaps. (does shiv have one?)
Testudo..this is only the start..I have more plans and a tuning path in mind..I figured to get them now so I don't need to bother later.

Put the front wheels on the dyno, and put the back on jackstands, problem solved.

If you still have stock cams dont worry about gears especially if you cant dyno. Change the cams before you even begin to worry about gears.
