I am wondering the same thing. I have this funny ticking noise that I only really here from the cabin. When Im under the hood its not audible. Its not the loud tick, tick, tick of a lifter or something in the head though.

since there are soooo many threads about strange ticking noises I will post this link for everyone. hopefully we can figure out if anyone/everyone is having the same or different noise coming from their car.

On a side note. after the car is warm it will sometimes go away.
