(professional garage time) second question is about what kind of paint to use on an intercooler, the previous owner of the car painted an outline of his buisness name on it, and im looking to paint it silver, any advice on which kind of paint ? spray or brush ? high temp or anything special needed etc. ?

ty 4 the time, greatly appreciated
By the Mitsubishi official maintenance dealer the labor for a 5 speed Evo is 11 hours. That includes replacing the flywheel as Mitsubishi insists that it must be place when doing a clutch(I completely disagree).

On the MR model the clutch labor is 12 hours. The complete set of clutch including the flywheel is around $700 from the dealer.

My sources of information was myself going to theMitsubishi auto parts department for pricing and also having the service manager showing me the labor price reference as per the book. Mitsubishi dealer Wildcat in Tucson(Broadway avenue)

Realisticly you can do the clutch in about 6-8 hours if you know what time it is.

They make no claims of the radiator paint actually helping dissipate heat. This paint is just a hard curing heat resistant paint they advertise as being thin enough not to interfere with the radiators ability to exhange heat.

edit: I'd be interested in seeing how many doing these clutch installs go to the trouble to torque eveything to spec
