I bought my 03 used, because it was a hell of a deal. 21000 miles on it for 21000 dollars, cant beat that. It already had a catback and timer. It ran great and looked ok. My question to whoever has a realistic answer is how do you tell which exhaust it is if you did put it on? I had a three in catback when I bought it now I have a downpipe back, (waiting to get my 02, hotside, and manifold.) The downpipe and test pipe is custom( I bought it off of TTP). So how can I tell which company it is?

Ok here are some pics of it. If someone could help please.

The pipe itself seems to be little on the bronze color side. The Muffler has no stamp on it and also has the purplish tint tip. Can someone help me please.

No, by no means is that XS Turbo, but then again, I've never heard of XS Turbo. I have heard of XS Power and XS Engeineering, which are 2 other companies.

So you never heard of it or there isn't anything called TurboXS. Or is it XS turbo you havent heard of?

 

I'm pretty sure that's turboXS, that would be my best guess (they seem to be more popular with the suby people)

It seems to be an older model since now I dont believe they offer the blue tip any more. Also that exhaust is known to be pretty loud, so you dont have many more options for a louder exhaust

 

dang I can't go louder lol, I wanted to swap with a girl on here for her loud exhaust(she said its to loud for her) but someone told her that mine is louder...That sucks. Could I do a manifold, o2 housing, and hot side? Would that make it louder?

 

just do a cut out from the downpipe or test pipe. its a helluva lot louder

No its not illegal... unless you get caught with it open on public roads. You can open it to have "open downpipe" or close it to have your regular turbo back.
