680's would be minimum if you're running meth or alky. I'd step it up to at least 770's or 880's if you're not running meth. You can scale the injectors in ECU flash for either or. I have 680's with meth and will step up to 880's soon currently on 20GLT.

The factory ECU will handle injectors up to 880-1000cc. It gets a little dicey, but you can get them to idle with EcuFlash.

go to Evo Engine Management / Tuning Forums/ECUFlash. It's all explained in there on how to rescale your injectors when going up to larger injectors.

You can get away with the 680's. If you want to really push the turbo you will need to go bigger though.

Stock injectors are 560cc. Evil_1 is right, 680cc's is a good choice as a minimum.

i don't plan to run alky/meth if i get this turbo, so it's either alky or fp green. 680cc is enough? just pump gas tho

Yeah 680's will be fine. At least do a race gas tune so you can get a good amount of power out of the turbo.

The stock ecu can take well over 1000cc injectors if they are of the same design and resistance as the stock units. Plan ahead and go with 880's.
To give a slight example, 780cc injectors at 82% duty (for an evo with a 50 trim) is good for about 525

If you're going to go with 680's, why not just get the 780's since it's the same price as the 680's. That way, if you should want to run 28+psi, there's more than enough there to support the high boost. Trust me, if you're going with the 20GLT, you're going to want to run 28+ and you'll get lots of

Bigger than you'll need

680s would be fine for you. Even if you used methanol injection, 680s are fine for you, because methanol reduces the load on injectors, not raises it. Even if you used race fuel, I'd be tempted to say that 680s are probably still fine for you. Be sure you upgrade your fuel pump if you haven't already.
