Cryo treating?
So, it seems to me that in the Evo world cryo treating a product is mostly limited to rebuilt transmission components (sometimes cranks too). Why doesn't this seem more widely available (or offered) through vendors on other drivetrain components? Would it not be beneficial to have rods, crank, 02, turbine, manifold, even bearings treated? For the given price (not that expensive IMO) and the "supposed" benefit (which I admit I've seen debated) wouldn't this be standard for mid to big power applications? Anyone care to elucidate?
cryo is a bit of a fad thats starting to fade, the latest research shows that it really doesn't add that much strength to trannies and that REM is about the same price and has many more benefits...
