Z1- how many harnesses will be coming in, or do you think it will be like a shortage. I am still in debation and saving money for the xede, but this is defintely something i wanna get to avoid the hastle.

Ok.. no groovy picture yet.. but I did manage to tuck the harness up next to the ECU, it fits under the stock plastic cover with no modifications and doesnt hang down anywhere under the dash at all... I'll try to post a photo of everything when the weather gets a bit nicer.. Its pretty nasty out today.

 

I sent my Paypal preorder to Z1 performance, I'd love to see some pics of your installation to get an idea of what to expect. Have you connected any devices with the new harness extender yet?

Yep.. Have an S-AFC (Apexi) installed, and a Dawes Devices A/F Indicator.. I also have an RPM Activated switch (Shift light) that I will be installing this weekend.. However I am going to wire the power to the fuse box on that one.. and attempt to find the TACH wire under the dash, and not off the ECU harness if possible... I will attempt to take the harness out in a day or so to make modifications to it.. So I'll try to remember to photograph the harness and the spliced connections.. I'm very meticulous about things, and I solder fairly well.. so everything looks professional.

Yes, the initial shipment of harnesses is all spoken for, sorry guys.

We are expecting delivery of these in the next few days, and will be emailing everyone their tracking numbers the day they ship to everyone.

The next shipment of these is about 2.5 weeks away.
