Greddy profec b 2

I searched and the only real thread is in the how to but noone really checks it, but i have a problem with it, hi boost is fine, but when i start the car and its on Low boost. The car is fully warmed up and everything and i get into boost it hits like 13 and boost goes up and down like 1 bar to like 1-3 bar, then i change it to Hi boost, and boost holds fine and nothing is wrong with that. BUt then i put it back to Low and it holds boost fine, and seems like i have to keep adjusting the gain and set or watever. But any input will help.
