What is the diameter of the bottle neck and how long is it? I'm pretty sure that bottle neck won't affect performance much since this is a 80mm cat-back.

just the flange and about 2 inch from the pipe.then 3" all the way.
i think the diameter for the factory is 2.5 or 2.75... i'm not sure.
but almost every cat back is bottlenecks down to meet the oem cat.i hardly know what is not doing it.
Maybe JIC. ?
i know the HKS , Borla , Fujitsubo,Tanabe, TurboXS does.

looks good though. the tanabe dp is top notch, 2.75 clears all evos with acd and needs no spacers

I have a Tanabe Concept G TBE, Its a little too loud for me, I even put a HFC on and it didnt change much, how do you guys feel about putting a resonator where the HFC would be and cutting up the cat back and putting another resonator? kind of like a Fujitsubo but without the catback necking down at the resonators?

any advice?
