TANABE Concept G Blue
just installed my exhaust today and it sounds great, here is some pic of it
these are just pic of the exhaust out of the box, i didn't put my test pipe due to the 02 sensor, i can't take it out, i even tried 02 sensor socket but not luck, and stripped now, i am looking in to buying one at the dealers and put the pest pipe on, took about 3 hours to install, but everything is worth it, i will take some pic of the exhaust on the car tomorrow

buying an o2 sensor at the dealer is going to be EXPENSIVE.

This is for the 2003 evo but it should be the same part.

The entire exhaust DP, TP, and Catback fit perfect on my 06 MR. Plenty of clearance on every part. Works with all stock exhaust hangers and parking curb clearance in the back. Loud as hell @ WOT though. Does not completely clear rear USDM bumper but does not melt it or get it sooted either. Perfectly centered appearance through the bumper cutout. One of the magazines tested this exhaust and it made very good power across the entire powerband.
The only complaint I have with this unit is the test pipe does not have an o2 bung in it and rather than risking putting the o2 bung in the wrong place on my test pipe I went ahead and had it put in the catback section 6 inches behind the current Evo 8 o2 bung location. Even with the mechanical o2 fix there is lots of clearance back there and no driveshafts or floorpans to hit. I put my Wideband sensor in the Evo 8 stock location and the IX rear sensor in the one after that with a mechanical CEL fix.
Also the DP is 2.75" not 3".
Also the down pipe has what appears to be an EGT bung already pre-installed but with a cap tac welded to close it up.
