I know people have asked this before, but why is the upper radiator hose so close to the exhaust manifold?

I did a PWR Radiator which will relocate the hose from an S shape to a straight hose. It will be completely away from the exhaust manifold for sure......

Update: Its 7:10pm Az Time and Our Head Tech is almost finished with the Race Fuel Tuning.....Ryan I think you'll like the numbers. Archie should be calling you soon.
