If you never see more than 15psi, then you have a problem.

You also have improper mods.

my ix stock would hit 19psi and then quickly ramp down to 16psi. I now use an electronic boost controller and run 20psi. Only mods are boost controller, front mount, 3" downpipe and K&N. I sure hope Warrtalon doesn't disapprove.

23lbs on 91oct and no knocks here...full boost at 3700...

What are you using to measure boost? I have a 3bar map sensor....maybe your boost gauge is bad?

I'm assuming you already have a boost gauge in the car...

15psi = not good

1) Perform a boost leak test on the car (search these forums for a how-to)

2) Consider replacing the intake for a used stock airbox

3) Buy a mbc (~ $80)

4) Get car tuned

I dont have a MBC. Its a BR350 which is boosted through the tune. I run 20-21 psi which settles to 19 at redline. Sometimes it will boost to 20 and hold it with no taper. When its extremely cold out it will go 23 psi and still hold 20 right to redline and beyong. Al did one helluva tune on this car. It runs absolutely fantastic.
