Tuning Technologies IX 361whp 355lbft 91oct. Cossie cams

Today we had a customer return for the Cosworth cam upgrade, along with the installation of 780cc PTI's and headstuds. We originally tuned his Stage 1 and it produced 323whp 311lbft. The vehicle is a EVO IX with the following modifications:

STOCK ECU
STOCK TURBO

RRE stealth cat back exhaust
Tanabe downpipe
Rally Cat
Megen O2 housing
Dejon Tool boost controller
Cosworth cams
Fujita Intake and piping
Precision 780 injectors
ARP headstuds

It was 82 degrees with about 29% humidity. Pretty average conditions for this area.

Here are the pump and race gas maps after the cam install and Re-tune.

PUMP GAS 91octane 361whp 355lbft 22psi

RACE GAS 100 octane 392whp 369lbft 27psi

So far, this is the most powerful stock turbo'd IX we have seen. We have a IX in the shop right now that we just installed our DBB GT3076R turbo kit on. We will be installing the Cosworth cams next week and tuning it. If all goes as planned, it would be nice to see some solid power in the 420whp range.

Granted I am using 93 octane I have put down more power with less mods. Nice numbers on 91 octane!

wow

Dude, when can my VIII make almost 400whp on 100 octane? These XI's are proving better and better by the day. Amazing results.

Hey, when are you offering the evogreen package? I need to step up to the minor leagues...at least.

Damn! Nice numbers for a car with 91 oct. Those cams did help alot along with his other mods. I'm surprised that he didn't upgraded his fuel pump.

Can you please post dyno graph and AFRs? Nice numbers! Were they any signs of knock at any RPM range? What do stock evo's do on this dyno?
