I feel for you drano. Try this....Back your Hallman's adjustment knob all the way counterclockwise to full soft. Increase preload via the turnbuckle on the threaded end of the actuator rod up to 17 to 19 PSI. Then adjust it up from that preloaded level the final few PSI to your 21 PSI peak via the Hallman's adjustment knob.

 

27psi to 25psi by red line. 3 port bcs/ecu controlled boost.

 

27 down to 25 is great, especially with the IX turbo.
