Congrats on the new setup! What are your initial impressions of the turbo? Worthwhile purchase on a IX? What cams are you planning on running?

Thanks The turbo is great, it does not have stock spool up like advertised though. Takes an extra 1500rpm to spool up to full boost.

It really is a nice turbo and I would advise anybody to buy them thru the rebuild program not stright up! I don't think this turbo is worth $1700 but for the $895 rebuild program you can't go wrong!

Chad has a good relationship with GSC so I will be going with their S1's unless there is some dramatic proof that Cosworths are much better.

Let me know if you have another questions. Take Care.

$895 to rebuild? Forced Performanced website says it costs $999 to rebuild it. Did you buy it from Buschur Racing?

NO, No I did not. I purchased my FPGreen from Forced Performance for $850.00 plus $45.00 to have it ported. $895.00 total! Pretty good buy if you ask me.

okay so let me get this straight......If i call up Forced Performance I will get a different price then what is listed on their website? $850 instead of $999 which is the listed price for the rebuild program?
