THis doesn't make sense because I sent them an Evo IX turbo and they sent me back the conversion for $999 + 18 for shipping. Perhaps they should have only charged me $845?

I'm confusified. I guess I will give them a call.

Ok, problem solved. They should have only charged me $849

I am getting a $150 credit.

FP rules

$999 for Evo 8 turbos

$849 for Evo 9 turbos

See how easy it is to call and find things out first-hand

FP is great...I have nothing but praise for their honesty and customer service. Robert told me it would be a month - it was. I asked a question about putting on the wastegate since I already bought one - he called me and walked me through it. Very good people and I would buy from again!

OK, I finally made it back to the dyno with a properly working meth setup.

420whp
450wtq

Here's the graph...

It's obvious that I need cams by the drop in power in high RPMs, but I am just not ready to put them in quite yet. Maybe in a month or so.

**PLEASE** Everyone can debate all they want, I am totally happy with my car for what I have into the setup. Gives me incredible spool and torque for my daily driver. Posting numbers for info for those considering the green, not to be questioned or bashed because I don't have 500 whp or whatever. Thanks

Yup it just comes down to if you like how your car feels.

I'm also another happy green camper!

I'll tell you this, if your into Road Racing then this turbo will blow any 50 trim and any GT30 turbo out the doors. This turbo provide such good respond, it just unreal!

Denny,

I'm not gonna bash you or anything, but I was wondering how much boost are ya running? What kind of engine management are ya using?

i think adding some good cams to your 9 will squeeze out maybe another 20-25 AWHP tops....other than that you FP looks maxed out....

edit: Never mind I saw the video 29 PSI....the GT30R EVO that you ran was only pushing 25 PSI???? why?

Try to tune the mivec until you get the cosworth cams, I'm pretty sure you can improve pass 6500 rpm all the way to 7500.

Why was that GT30R turbo only running 25 PSI??? Who even buys GT30R turbos for their EVO's anyway?
