I'm avoiding meth.
So perhaps cams + headstuds, boost 23psi on a 50Trim, pump gas, no meth, maybe 425whp ???
And no other upgrades needed other than my current TBE, BR Deluxe FMIC with all piping, mini battery, and intake ???

yea that should work. I've had friends make 430 on pump w/ a 50trim but . . . I've also seen numerous people with the same #s. It's very common to see 415whp with those mods and as little as 395- it may have been on a mustang dyno though.
If you don't mind PM me the rest of your mods and exact cams.
I think you are planning too far away. why dont you do a full bolt on stock turbo car first and see how you like it?
Get cams, intake, ported/coated stock (or good manifold like full race), fmic with licp first. You pay extra $ for manifold + cams minus Mini Battery Kit, Upper Intercooler Pipe w/ Flange and Tial 50mm Stainless Blow Off Valve. The difference in price would be close to 1k$, but I would expect around 35HP additional power
Later, if you get bored with the axed out stock turbo, you could add 20GLT + injectors and have a car that will be close to 50trim numbers on pump gas. Who knows, by 2008 they might have an improved version of 20GLT

I'm still not 100% sure I want cams... and if I'm getting a full turbo kit I don't want to waste money on porting/coating my manifold, O2, etc.
I'm also not sure about the 20G-9LT... I would guess that since it's bolt on I can't come close to 50 Trim as you indicate... but I dunno.

why dont you want cams?
Cams: 20HP on pump for $600
50 Trim: 80HP (guessing here) on pump for 4+k$

Every car should have at a minimum Stages 1-4 on it before a turbo kit goes on the car.
I also don't think any car should have a turbo upgrade on the stock ECU. I've had no luck making big power numbers with the stock ECU and would rather see an ECU upgrade before a turbo upgrade.
No 50 trim results as we have not sold a single kit. Biggest reason is, is the Green flows with a pound or two of the 50 trim and we recommend the Green. Bolts right on, has gone 10's. Works great on pump gas.
