Transmission ?s

Im currently getting transmission work done on my car at a dealership a few hours away. I have had plenty of problems with dealing with these people. I took it down there cause i knew i messed up something in my transmission, and my AC condenser was out and not holding the pressure in or whatever. I get a call a few days later from them saying they had good news everything covered under warranty and its just my linkage cables. By the end of the week i get another call and the guy tells me the toar into my car for the condenser and since i had it replaced before for it failing that one only had 1yr 12,000 miles warranty on it and i was over that and i was gonna have to pay around 1000$ for labor and the damn condenser. So i work something out were i only have to pay for the labor and then i find out its done go down there and find out there is another problem in my transmission after they told me repeadetly over the phone that it was done and no more transmission problems or whatever. Well its not fixed it locks me out of a gear, they say they arnt going to cover it under warranty waiste of my time money leaving work to go down there and the car still isnt fixed not even a damn estimate. Since im going to have to pay for transmission work since they waisted so much of my time what should i do about it.???

Also, i have heard that 6spds are obviously not as good in the drag and also that they are weaker than any of the stock 5spds, since im getting transmision work done should i just go ahead and try to get a 5spd transmision built by some1?

shep racing ... send it there, and when you get your 6 speed back, you will be amazed... Then your tranny will be much stronger then factory 5 speed, smoother too.

is it only locking you out of gears at high rpm....your clutch pedal might just need adjusted.
