Holy Crap...Big AL is Cartman... ...to all the haters that think this isnt very good...look at the video...easy launch, easy shifting, and he let off before the finish...Al will def. prove all the haters wrong, as long as he doesnt **** himself halfway done the track ...

david-well 9.90 is not impressive on a 42R,what i did say was that 154mph shows what it can do...

and what other shops can even take there car down the track?id love for you to say that about AMS,turbotrix,or procco evos....i always see there cars running well AL...**** danimal did 9.90 with a 37R...most 42Rs are doing 8.9-9.2

and why would you build such a beast but granny drive it!!get a a low 9 et that it can do..drive the **** out of it....

anyways none the less...very fast car

Cuz, just so you know when you are a racer you save the hard shifting and hard launches for the RACE

I guess I cant race . . . .

In the last 4 years of the DSM Shootout - Evo Eliminator Class, I was in every final of the last 4 years (when evos came out and the class started)

I won once

I have so many throphies in my collection there is not enough room to display them

Two years ago at the Evo vs WRX race at E'town I beat the faster and lighter AMS Evo driven by thier driver by playing some staging games and beating them at the tree - again reaching the finals to face the Big Valley Subaru

Trust me, when it comes time to race, I have as much experience as any one else out there at getting the evo down the track

I am not used to all the saftey gear in the car and on me and this is taking some time to adjust to

Also - this is the first time I am running the car hard down the track this season

FYI . . . .

My Evo is the ONLY one I know of which went 9's the last 3 years in a ROW !!!!!!!!!!

I went 9's at 138 mph - so now that I am going 154 it will be not that much of a problem to do it again and more

I would also like to highlight this specific comment and respond

Gossip, hear say and rumors spread by competing tuners and shops and then spread on the internet sometimes 3rd and 4th hand is not an accurate way to reach a conclusion about anything

While I find it flattering that certain individuals are so interested in me that they seem to have nothing better to do that talk about me and my car, it is very disapointing to work so hard on my car and have others who have no association with my car try and take credit for what i have done

Please watch the video above about the aem tuning

enough of the thread has been wasted explaining yourself to someone who's never run a 9sec. pass, not to mention who won't change their mind no matter how much sense you make. you probably skipped over my question on the last page so ill ask it again. any specific reason you're not running a 4in exhaust?

Looks like you could of shifted to 5th for even more mph and perhaps 0.2sec.

Thanks for the ride!

The STI has been out of commission for 5 weeks now

I took the tranny out and we have been trying to convert it to the 2007 STI gear ratios

Being always the 1st to do things means a lot of down time and trying to figure things out. In this case as soon as I drove a '07 I had to have those gears.

by co-inicedence the parts just arrived today and we are waiting for one more bearing which is supposed to show up on Monday

With the new gears I am hopng that the STI will get througnh the 1/4 mle in 4th gear

Kick *** run man.... that is one hell of a time and mph. All that and only driving the car at 6/10's.

Going to see some great times this year.
