knob on the top of a TiAL bov??

what knob that the boost line hooks up to,does anyone know what that does?if you loosen it then it moves freely...does this adjust the spring etc..

reason is i have a boost leak somewhere and it sounds like it my bov,but we looked over it a million times..now i played with that knob thinking it may soften it /harden it etc...anyone know?if so which way does what?

with all lines hooked up and tial on with boost controller i cant go past 10psi...i ran it off the wg to check and seems to do same thing...

someone please let me know...thanks

It doesn't adjust anything other than the nipple direction.
