installed dejon boost controller and...

i just got back from srt motorsports (in southoc)... sam installed the dejon mbc at 21 psi... and he tuned it for me and everything was running fine... i found out i didint have a boost leak or anything it was just my boost gauge was reading it wrong too...
i got home and just started my car up again, and going from 2nd to 3rd i hit boost and i know the boost gauge was reading 6 psi lower than what it actually is set to but this time it shot up to like 25psi :idiot2:
my GFB bov made a really weird noise too and at the stop light my car started idling really low, like it wanted to turn off...
i pulled in at the gas station and everything seemed fine, no hoses were loose or anything... i drove it back home and the check engine light came on (not blinking, just stays on) i called sam and he said to just turn the boost down and he can check it on monday...
anyone ever have a similar problem to this? anyone know what could be wrong? im like scared now to hit boost again, i tried it to like 4k rpm and the bov makes a weird sound still... sam told me my bov was fine and it was holding boost fine and everything so idk why the bov sounds like it sucks in air and just stops all of a sudden...
any help would be greatly appreciated

What do you mean Joe P. ones? Is that the company name? is there a link or something to point me in the right direction? Thanks

Reason I asked about this Dejon one is because Rob and brian at RRM both recommend this one. Personally i wanted an electronic boost controller. Was asking this guys opinion if he liked it.

But whats up with this Joe P. one now?
