I got the same color car, that's why I asked because man that thing really compliments the engine bay... I'm sure if I searched I could find it, I don't see K&N making one that is that color, so I'm going to have to do more research... I guess I'm going to have to stop being lazy

 

 

I have a friend with a evo 9 who bought a set of headlights from you, you told him they were usdm evo 9 headlights, he asked you if they were in good condition, you told him that they were almost new. He recieves the headlights they do not have the blueish hue in the low beam projector, their for not making them usdm evo 9 headlights. They looked liked they were tampered with, they were resealed with glue poorly. They fog up when it is humid out, or raining.

Those are Evo9 headlights, no questions about that. You can even ask evodave on the forums, I got them from him. They were almost new. I told your friend already after he received them, if he is not happy, he should send them back to me and I would refund his money %100. Lot of people know me here and what kind of business I do.

I sent him at least 5 pms telling him about the full refund if he wants to send them back to me. He didn't want to. I hope that clears this stuff and please don't post those things here when you don't know the whole story. If he still has them in the condition I sent him, then let him contact me and I will still give him a full refund if he sends them back to me. If there was nothing shady about this, he would have taken on this offer long time ago. This transaction happened 6-7 months ago maybe more.

Thanks for the compliment. Im no one special though. I just do my job and try to help everyone out the best I can. When all is said and done I cant take the credit (at least not all of it) because I have learned everything I know from the best. I work with them everyday...... David and Dan Buschur.

 

Memo would never take a damn thing from anyone. he told me about this situation a while ago too. If it was really a problem i think your boy would have gotten his money back by now.

 

I agree. Memo is an honest guy. He is the one I bought my car from and after purchasing it we found something neither he nor I knew about before me buying it. His brother had hit a deer while he was out of the country and fixed it without telling him. The core support was slightly bent and rusted (not an issue to me as it was an easy fix). I was a bit ticked as I figured he would have told me before I bought it. I called Memo and talked to him about it. He apologized over and over and over, he hung up to call his brother and his brother confessed he hit a deer, fixed it and never told him. I do honestly without a shadow of a doubt believe Memo did not know about it.

Memo offered to give me back the FULL amount I paid for the car after I had been driving it for a month or give me something to compensate for it. I kept some Evo 7 tails that I was supposed to give back to him and we called it good. That is pretty STAND UP if you ask me.

Im sure if he was in the wrong he would offer to give back a few hundred dollars if he offered to give me back well over $20,000. I honestly dont see him ripping anyone off. Im sure anyone that knows him can vouch for his character.

Guys who spend 16-20k at BR usually don't have to cheat guys for a couple hundred bucks.
