fp green vs meth?
Ok basically im into auto cross i want a quick stock spoil turbo, im also in the goal of about 400 whp, i have in mind the idea of fpgreen or meth injection
the following mods will be install'd on the car
Megan racing o2 housing
Megan racing Exhaust manifold
Megan racing 3'' tbe
hallman mbc
k&n drop in
walbro 255
ams fmic
ams licp and uicp
im guessing thats about 360 whp when its tuned?
well i have in mind ether meth injection or the fp green to get that goal
fp green, is basic bolton turbo easy stock like spoil this runs like $1000.00?
meth injection i seen sum 9's get 400 whp on my mods and meth
im a little indecisive about meth on this car considering its my daily driver
i also consider that the green will cost more upfront but save me money over methanol and risk of blowing my engine. i also plan to do a bit of x-cross later in the year.
please help me with ur input!

You have a good set of hardware going in and you might want to rethink before throwing more money. I am sure the car will be plenty fast for the street with a good tune and those parts. I have similar parts on my car right now and the car is pretty fast in the first three gears - she will even spin on first gear from a roll
If at the end you decide to keep the stock turbo and want to do just a little more, get a set of cams and do the modified airbox mod if you want to keep it quite or HKS RS intake if you like it louder…
Between green and alchy, I would definitely go for the green. However, before upgrading the turbo you should definitely look in to getting a set of cams, intake (or modded stock box), maybe even a 65mm TB and ported IM and 700cc injectors. DB even recommends stand alone EM before upgrading the turbo…

Why change the fine turbo your car already has for one that is somewhat better (alot better in the buisness of turbos, of course).
If methanol system is installed carefully, and just as important - tuned correctly - not rich and not too lean, then that methanol system will save you from engine failure if you were to get bad gas.
The drawback is it's rather a pain in the anass to do the above which in some cases negates any benifit

i'm not sure methanol injection is legal in any class in autocross... might want to check the rules.
i think i read somewhere someone went to an event with meth injection and they were immediately protested. also, water injection is legal, but think because it is not flammable.

For autocross, you don't need (or even want) a larger turbo. You want quick transient response and big midrange torque so you can accelerate quickly out of corners.
Leave the turbo alone. Get a set of cams (e.g. GSC S1) and get competent dyno tuning. You will spend less and get more of what you need for what you want to do.
^perfectly put^
If you are dead set on getting one then go with the turbo. You dont want meth on a road course/ Autocross. In order to do it right you need to keep the methanol from sloshing and from starving the engine....too much to worry about.
Keep your turbo, Get some good cams and Optimize your torque. With that setup you will be making larger turbo guys scratch their heads.
