Cel Code P0102

Cel Code P0102
After THIS append, i finally ended up with the P0102 code Mass or volume air flow cuircuit low imput...
Now the thing is i changed the maf... and reset the ecu and the car was still harsh idle and the cel would just come back and back again... If its not the maf, what could it be? Also i have a SAFC-II and i tried unplugging it and running the car without it but it only ran worse... so i threw the safc back on
