mini battery problems?

mini battery problems?

anyone having problems with the oddessy mini battery?

my first one lasted three months before it wouldnt hold a charge anymore. my second one last a month and now its dead. i can jump it and drive around. but if i turn the ignition off, the car wont start back up.

just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems.

The question that needs to be asked is this: Have you upgraded the electonic components of your car? What I mean is do you have subs, amp, neons, Etc. (Anything that might cause the battery to drain)

These mini-batteries specifically state that they are not to be used with aftermarket stereo systems.

Also, you may want to ensure that you don't have anything staying on while the car is of, I.E. gauges and such.

i only have an aftermarket head unit and three gauges all mechanical.

my oddessy mini was dead for 2 months straight. i charged it up let the car run for about 40 min and it starts up every time since. pretty imprssive if you ask me. if the oddesy isnt working for you try the braile.

What about using a mini battery with the stock sub that comes in the SSL package? I'm going to be using the Nisei mini battery kit soon. Should I expect any problems?
