Got dynoed this weekend!

Well I went to a very reputable shop here in Columbus, OH named IPS Motorsports. They just got an inground DynoJet and had a dyno day this weekend. Mods are in sig....

Tell me what you guys think!





Oh and look what just came in today also!! I'll have dyno #'s when I put them in later this week.....

i would like to get my car dyno'ed there for the #'s but I think jeff might hate me?

it not really jeff, but i have a serious problem with brett (renner) and to of them are buddys

it looks like evo 9 are making more power the evo 8 with the same mods

granted the 9 has mivic which is like having cams on the 8 and it also has a bigger turbo.

Not positive but I heard because of mivic or the oil pasages . . . somthing or other you can run 25psi on pump on the 9s with no problem. correct me if i'm wrong

Oil passages have nothing to do with running more boost on pump gas....but Mivec definately IS like having cams in the 8

the cooling passages through the head are designed better, and allow more of the heat to be pulled out, allowing you to up the boost safely w/out as much worry of detonation due to heat.
