OK.. So i dropped off my car today at the dealer ship for my fourth gear syncro but have a feeling they are going to find a way to void my shiet..
how much would a 4th gear synchro parts and labor run??? I want to be ready for the worst case scenerio..

i got 625 just for putting it back together if the warranty was voided thats w/out replacing the synchro so i opted for not taking my chances and getting stuck with a bill im going with a sheps trannny rebuild later on instead

 

you can always ship it to Shep and he will definitely do better than the dealership

 

just make sure you car is stock before you take it in for warrantee work
but changeing syncros are super expensive. pulling the transmission off the car is like $600-700 in labor. i would think changeing synoros at the dealer would cost about 2,000 or more

recently perchased all syncros for my evo {not the shop car} 4th gear is about 45 50 bucks it the labor that is the killer.easily costing you 1500 plus at a dealer if they can qoute you 1800 or so to install a clutch
