Pressure Test

I just got my car back from the dealership from getting some warranty work done. On the way back i started having boosting problems in which my turbo spools and starts sputtering a few clouds of smoke and cutting out at around 17psi when it was tuned and set at 22 psi. I turned down my boost controller and it still does it. Thye turbo is spooling but there is some type of vacuum or boost leak i would like to try to pinpoint. I was wondering if anyone could help me out to an ez way to pressure test from the intake and be able to maybe find the leak of some sort.

Make a boost leak tester and test it?

yep, all the parts can be had at lowes or home depot for less than $20, and it should be part of every evo owners preventative maintenance.
