Trubo XS FMIC
TurboXS is the best for the money available IMO. The dimensions alone, fitment, fin design, bar and plate strength make it a winner. There were a few stock turbo records set with it a few years back when the Evo was newer to the states. Low 11's on racefuel and 469whp were some of the accomplishments that stood out for this unit.
Personally I have used the XS-Engineering unit because I needed something fast, but the specs on the TurboXS are undeniably great for the money.
I have one over here on the shelf if you are interested. If it remains when we get the shopcar MR back together, I think I may just throw it on there.

i think the turbo xs fmic is a good buy. i did a write up on it, with data logs of boost trace, car acceleration & inlet temp reductions.

if i had to do it over., i would try to find a 17 row ebay - ams copy. This is based on the fmic core pics posted.
in saying that, i do like the end tanks of the turbo xs fmic a LOT BETTER
