Grinding issues

I have started to grind from first to second and third. Its when I am in higher rpms. Its probably my synchros. Should I try and change the fluids first or just not even waste my time.

25,000 miles on the car. I bought a year ago last month and havent changed it and I am not sure if the previous owner did. I have and exedy stage 1.

i would change out the tranny fluid, and adjust your clutch pedal.

Adjusting your clutch pedal might help.
