Get a tactrix cable, evoscan and ecuflash. Then talk with one of the many e-tuners that are available.
Just got done tuning my Cosworth cams with Mellon and couldn't be happier.

What he said. As long as you are about to log you will be good to go. I used TTP and was very happy.

You could try DF, but for the money I would go with TTP because they give you a couple updated flashes based on your logs for optimum performance. Their turn around time is very fast too. I am not familiar with the S1s, but I know you will come out better with TTP or another tuner that will accept multiple logs because there aren't that many people out there with the S1s so DF may not have a great tune for them yet . Plus every car is different.

Long story short, yes you can send DF a list of your mods and get it done.

TTP would yield better results if you have the time and capabilities to log.
