W. A. V. E. Techonology (Wide.Area.Vane.Effectiveness) is the ultimate combination in strength and efficiency in heat exchanger cores. Specifically designed to maximize cooling by utilizing the most surface area possible in a given space. The Spearco W.A.VE. core incorporates a complex network of highly effective vanes to regularly decrease temperatures by as much as 30 degrees over conventional tube n' fin units. In addition to their phenomenal cooling ability, W.A.Ve. Technology cores are manufactured to be a "BOMB PROOF". Due to Spearco's Pat. Pending manufacturing process these unique cores are capable of comfrtably withstanding pressures in excess of 200+ pso.

The intercooler is very well made. The design is bar and plate. It also fits behind the stock crash beam. It supports itself from the top like stock and the bottom uing existing 17mm bolts. Plus, the plastic retainers also connect the bottom tray to the intercooler like stock.
From the way the end tanks are angled, it seems counter intuitive that this I/C flows...but I believe that the design does lend itself to good flow numbers from the cylindrical end tanks. I have no doubt this intercooler can support very good numbers....but i know there are a couple of other ICs out there that will outperform this one. oh...The kit comes with couplers and T-Bolt clamps for your convenience.
When you get flakes like the person who posted above me saying "it looks terrible", you shouldnt listen them. Just poor em a bowl of RICE.

It probably does not mean crap to you because you don't understand what it meant, lame ***.
If I did not understand something, I would not make dumb comments like that to make myself look even dumber.
