Be careful around the radiator, either take it out or cover it with cardboard. Be patient, make sure everything is tight. Takes lots of pics, then when your done with all that, take it to a meet .

Take your time, spray all of the manifold bolts with some sort of lubricant before you try and remove them. If you end up removing/re-installing it a few times for fitment, be careful not to hurt your back

After you're done be sure and let it idle for a few minutes and make sure everything is peachy, then rev up the motor a little to build up oil pressure and make sure there's no leaks.

Oh, and double check everything after you get back from your first drive around with it, or after a few days. make sure everything is still snug!

Defiantly take the radiator out. Even if you use cardboard you will still dent the fins.

Sure you didn't get the HTA because its not available yet?

This turbo does not surge, also, end of story. With the standard compressor cover the surging was horrible, worse than a standard GT35R with a ported shroud. A standard 35R with a ported shroud, does and will surge. This turbo I have not been able to get to surge at ALL. None-nada. I have run the car from 2,000 rpm in 5th up to 5500 in 5th, no surging.
When exactly was dave having surging issues?

Well been out ther all day working on putting in.....Had couple of headaches

Bolts supplied for oil return line to the turbo were to short or I could just not get to fit so had to run to ace hardware get same screws but little but longer good togo ther....3Bucks

You have to bend oem water lines to fit no problem but when I put kit in car front line will not reach to the hose no matter what you do unless I am doing wrong....Will look for longer hose tmrw...

OEM bolts on exhaust manifold wont fit the kit bolts to big with the washer and ring around the bolt write size just wont clear the manifold and go on the stud no biggy will get new bolts tmrw at ace...

Pipe supllied to connect turbo to intercooler wont reach my turbo XS pipe off by about 4 inches will have to get one made tmrw at local exhaust shop....

All in all kind of disappointed but how would Buschur know what every part people are running so they can fit all.....so no biggy will fix tmrw and let you guys know....

Update everything is in and good togo...will have tuned at CFT by jestr next friday will post the results....

Here some parts you will may need if you go with this kit...every car is diiferent but this it what it took me to complete the install so if you go this route grab these parts so you can knock this out in a day instaed of couple days...

1.you need 4 to 3 coupler to make your intake fith the turbo my intake was injen may be different on others

2. you will 3 to 2.5 coupler for pipe off turbo to inter cooler xs power may differ for other intercoolers just measure the gap

3. pipe supplied to come off turbo was to short would not reach my xs power pipe had to take to local speed shop and have welded on 3 inches....know that was done probally would have been better for 2.5 but three worked.

4. o2 bung and take to local speed shop have welded in ...this you will need to put in the car and mark where is best place to install before you have welded in and dont fit....

5. OEM manifld bolts would not go back on do to lips on bolt and washers...probally could have dremiled it .....I didnt want to so went to ace for same bolts without the lip with macthing washers...

6. Will need togo to home depot or order from Buschur 4 in clamp to hold intake on turbo

7. Will also need 3 more 3 inch clams for pipe off turbo the one had on car would not fit this pipie

Here some Tech notes.....Kit come assembled but not tighten 100 perscent to allow to adjust once in car....
know put in the car and adjust and tighten either in the car or pull it out and tighten this is the easier way...

Make sure you tighten all the bolts on the two oil lines...not just the one to hold it in but all the bolts on these hoses if you dont will have oil all over the garage like i did..newb mistake....will post more with some pics and if I think off anything else...

Kit looks good and i am happy thanks buschur....
