But I can tell you that the seat of my pants dyno was in full effect and all I can say is omfg that crap was fast as hell compared to how it was before the install and tune.

280's are gonna increase your high end power and complement a large turbo better, but are gonna make idle a pain. The 272's seem to compliment the stock turbo better and I am sure they would do well with the 20glt or a 50 trim aswell

280's with the right tune is a great thing...
...idle issues are a thing of the past.

280s, however, like pretty much everything on the boards, you will here mixed reviews.

Does anyone know which cam company grinds the cams that XS Engineering markets? Are there any published specs on these cams?

HKS 280's straight up on stock cam gears. No aftermarket springs required. Idle is loppy but fine on stock ecu, and I picked up 35whp/40wtq peak and 43whp/50wtq in some areas. I've seen similar results with other cars and these cams and for a VIII on a stock (or stock-ish) turbo, I would go with nothing else.

what turbo are you running? so where did you get your biggest gain as compared to say the 272 would be at?

I have the spec sheet somewhere in my garage if I can find it I will scan it in and post it for yall. I am not sure who does the grind for them.
