clutch install ?'s

what is the difference when installing a clutch on an 05 as opposed to an 03 or 04 due to the ACD? do you have to do anything special because of it?

you either have to work around the ACD line on the transfer case and leave it connected or bleed the ACD system properly if you decide to crack it loose and remove it.

not too bad. i just got a stubby wrench on the one TC bolt it blocks and had my buddy stick a broomstick through the intake manifold runners to the wrench and tap it with a hammer to break it loose, then back the bolt out as your walking the TC out. you'll see what i mean when you're under there.

if you've done clutches before in other cars(FWD or AWD), you should be OK. just make sure you have a few days just in case, all the right tools, and having an engine hoist and a few buddies is nice when putting it in/taking it out. there is a good write-up on here in the how to section and a great one on evomoto.com. i used both and made it through alright. the evomoto one has some good pics too.
