Clutch fork direction??

installed my clutch fork and bolted the trans back up. Is this the correct way for the clutch fork to be or do I need to spin it 180 degrees?

Is the hole where the cylinder arm sits inside facing it?

I have a question, what type of grease are you using?

It was in there properly, however when I was trying to bolt the tanny back in the, the ring on the t-out bearing kept falling off. So I have to take the tranny off again, once everything was fixed, the fork went back in place.... not a fun evening, but these things happen when you rush installations..

Grease?
