Post #24 does not really sound like a big deal to me. Its like buying any used car you need to check it over before you purches

I inquired about this one too. I spoke with the guy and he told me about the race setup that he previously had on it, where he got it done, etc. I was supposed to go test drive it and was about two seconds away from buying it but I bailed. Sorry that happened to you man.

...all will work out, i bought a 03 used evo too, but i bought from a dealer, yea it cost few grand more, but i feel a little more secure ...nowadays though they are the bad guys....but things happen...its used / 4 years now, it wont run perfect, little advice though, get your self some t bolt clamps before your IC hoses blow off too!!.....mine blew off a week after getting from the dealer and I didn't touch it at all
