Boost Creep Fix? Hitting 21psi on wastegate?
The 16G is a twin scroll design. So, what ends as siamesed, or twin, side-by-side ports, actually originates as two separate and individual bypass ports, one on either side of the divided turbine inlet area of the turbine housing.
You don´t actually need to enlarge the bypass ports per se. It is sufficient to grind down the initlal turnin radius to the bypass port. The turn in radius is the first sharp corner into the bypass port which the exhaust gases encounter after entering the turbine inlet area of the housing immediately upon exiting the exhaust manifold.
Actually, you really should only need to work on the turn in radius of one side of the twin scroll housing. The most critical of the two ports is the port closest to the WG flapper valve, or the short-side bypass port.
Good Luck!

Thanks for the info! I'm still trying to see if my wastegate actuator is the problem, it seems a bit stuck so I sprayed some lube on there and i'll see what happens. I also reinstalled my HFC and the creep seems to have gone away.
