May your impeller blades spontaneously disinegrate while you are racing a bagged Cavalier.

i was quoted 3 weeks. that was 3 months ago.

funny thing is even though im on rebuild/exchange plan ALL My parts including hotside turbine IX compressor, porting, ceramic coating is ALL DONE ( i have called FP numerous times to confirm this) yet no turbo because its not "put together" yet. ALL My parts have been there for > 3 weeks now, but no one can take 30 mins out to put it all together. 3 weeks, for a 30 min job.

all you who are getting quoted 3-4 weeks, its going to be a couple of months. unless u send them a IX, or u buy brand new right out, then its a hit or a miss some getting it in 3 weeks upto a month or more for those to.

supposedly mines suppose to ship out early next week, but i have heard this for a month now.

I bought a new one two weeks ago from FP.. according to them it was going to be 3-4 weeks. I ordered my ported/coated exhaust mani from buschur last week and they quoted 4-5 weeks.. bah

plus that 350.00 core charge on the mani is nuts

Digging this one up a bit, but havnt checked it. Now been waiting 3months, still havnt received the turbo. I bought mine new, no exchange policy. It doesnt matter. I have been very patient until recently, I am starting to get very irritated. Original quote time was 2-3 weeks. Reality = 3+ months. Anyone planning on ordering this turbo, prepare to be frustrated with the incredibly long wait.

Mine smoked the thrust bearing a few weeks back, has in and out shaft play. It's usually 300 bucks for a rebuild. Someone buy this thing at a discount and get it rebuilt so I can get something a little more robust. I have a long frustrating history with small thrust bearing turbos...

I bought mine outright too and it's been a month as of yesterday. I ordered through ForcedPerformance and they quoted 3-4 weeks since I wasn't doing an exchange.

did you buy yours from BR? I normally buy from BR but assumed FP would have it to me much quicker since they are the ones making the turbos.

There was a brand new one on E-Bay twice in the last two weeks with no bids at a very reasonable price. Look it up and buy it from him if you want one in three days.

Ya, I got mine from BR. I think its wrong for FP to quote people 3-4 weeks knowing it will be 3-4 months. Im sorry to have to tell you that you will end up waiting around 2more months for yours. As I said before, I was originally quoted 2-3 weeks. 3 months later.... still no turbo. I called BR on monday and they still had no clue when they would be receiving the turbine housings or the o2 housings, which I am also waiting on.

Unfortunately, you will be waiting for alot longer, unless they receive a huge shipment of turbine housings, which is unlikely, you will have to wait around the same timeframe as I have, 3months and counting.

I have the same thoughts. If there is ANYTHING wrong with mine when I receive it, I will probably lose it. If I have to wait this long for a turbo, it better be flawless in every aspect. I think I was told there were like 50+ FP Greens on the waiting list. REDICULOUS! I hope those of us who have been waiting as long as we have will receive them soon.
