MATCHING gauges?

So Im a picky little bastard at times and this is one of those times...

I have my RMR gauge holder comming in and I need to find a MATCHING boost gauge (to start) and will want to expand my monitoring devies from there...

Indiglo (APEXi) is out of the question, along with all Autometer products...

I know the OLD SCHOOL HKS gauges match pretty nice, but i'll never find those.... SPI used to make gauses that would match, but those are no longer... Anyone else have any opinions?

52mm/PSI if possible/Orange font and light up orange?

I am ready to buy.

Nothing out there. This was brought up before here https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...t=gauge+orange

No one has identified a gauge with orange lettering. Think about it. If you were a manufacturer, would you make a boring, hard to read gauge in that awful color?

I think what bugs me is that there WERE manufactres that made guages that would match:

They just don't make 'em anymore...

Maybe if someone had some floating around..........

The DC series has Black, White, Black/Red and these blue ones. They don't have any kind of neon lighting just a white light. The black/red ones I posted are how they look at night, The white light gives the red numbers almost a orange look. I have the Blitz 2003 power book catalog.

Rather than trying to get gauges to match the questionable red, maybe some one will find a way to change stock gauge pod color scheme. Especially since the rest of the interior does not have this red color. I would preferr black background with white numbers/indicators.
I did see this http://www.poweraxel.com/ralliart/ca...e/evo8/s4.html
Not quite what I had in mind but, taking those gauge pods out looks very easy. Perhaps it would not be that hard to modify the existing gauge pod?

You could also try getting a black face with white front lit lettering and then color the white lettering to match the orange.

Bad news on Omori:

Please be advised at this time that Omori Meter North America has unexpectedly ceased operations for the time being. Our manufacturer in Japan has been unable to fulfill its contractual obligations to us, leaving us with little to no inventory of gauges and parts to provide our North American customer base with an appropriate level of service. At this time, new Omori Meter products will no longer be available in North America until the situation can be rectified.

I'm sure if you all wait a few months, someone will release some matching gauges.

Remember, the Evo is still new to the American market.
