BR Race Intercooler vs. Stock Intercooler testing

Ok guys, I have just installed a BR Race Intercooler, fit and looks are great.

Before:

After:

Now for the part you've all been waiting for testing!!!! I have AEM EMS, and the air temperature sensor inserted just after the lower connection of the stock UICP below the front drivers side head light. All test were done at the same stretch of road with temps in the low 80's. Here are the results, the temp was 84.20 at beginning on both runs at 5000rpm's in second gear, at 7300 rpm in third gear the stock intercooler was at 111.2 while the BR was at 89.60.

stock intercooler was a peak of 21.89psi, low of 19.32psi with an average of 20.56psi
BR intercooler was a peak of 22.39psi, low of 20.24psi with an average of 21.33psi
Boost peaks were @ 6563rpm for the stock intercooler and 6422rpm for the BR intercooler

Great choice and great testing. To be clear, this was with a GT35R, right?

Very nice, thank you for buying the FMIC and thanks for once again confirming how well it works!

The numbers are superb.

Enjoy the new power.

In general, you can either lose the crash beam, or cut through the undertray on a lot of the fmic, unless it's skinney enough to fit behind the beam.
